Individual Therapy

I specialize in relationship therapy because I believe meaningful relationships are at the heart of healing and growth. Even in individual therapy, I keep a relational lens, focusing on how you experience yourself and connect with others.

My work centers on softening self blame and shame without excusing harmful behavior. I help clients develop more compassion for themselves and others, while also taking responsibility for the impact of their actions. Part of therapy is letting go of who you think you have to be and making room for who you truly are.

Our work is about cultivating insight, self-knowledge, and self-honesty. Through this process, many clients find they can face themselves and their relationships with more clarity, openness, and courage—allowing change to unfold in a way that feels both compassionate and true.
