I am an out-of-network practitioner. My fee is $250 per session for couples and family therapy (55 minutes) and $200 for individual therapy (50 minutes). Payment is charged to a stored credit card on the day of your appointment. I offer a sliding scale based on need and provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

Under the No Surprises Act (opens in a new tab), you have the right to know your costs upfront. I provide a good-faith estimate at the start of therapy along with a clear explanation of my cancellation policy.

All sessions are conducted virtually. In my experience, telehealth is effective, comfortable, and offers real flexibility — you'll just need a quiet, private space and a decent internet connection. If you have any concerns about the format, we can discuss them during our consultation.
